Every order over $20 ships for free.  We keep it simple so you have the best online shopping experience possible.  Adding additional items to your cart, won’t increase your shipping cost.  So feel free browse around the site and get all you can in an order.  The price you see on our site is the price you pay (Sales tax is also charged to Missouri residents) no surprises at check-out.  Orders with a subtotal of $19.99 or less will be charged $9.00 flat rate shipping. 

All orders from thattoolplace.com ship directly from our warehouse in Missouri, USA.  Everything we sell is in-stock at our warehouse and will ship out in 1-2 business days.  We use both USPS and major shipping companies.  You will receive an email when your order is confirmed and then another when it is fulfilled and shipped.  The second shipping confirmation email will contain your specific shipping and tracking information.  You can track the progress of your order by following the links in your shipping confirmation email to the carrier website.  If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact us by email at contact@thattoolplace.com or use the form found by clicking the "Contact Us" button at the top of the page.  Please include accurate contact information, such as a phone number, to better assist you.

 

Returns 

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases.  We offer FREE, EASY returns within 60 days of purchase on every item sell.  If you are not completely satisfied with your thattoolplace.com purchase, please contact us to initiate a return by emailing contact@thattoolplace.com or use the form found by clicking the "Contact Us" button at the top of the page..  We will process your return and email you a return shipping label and further instructions.  Refunds are processed when the item is received back at our warehouse.  We are a small, family business and we will handle your returns carefully to ensure you get everything you need taken care of quickly.  Customer satisfaction is our TOP PRIORITY.  You can let us know during the return process whether you prefer store credit or a refund to your original form of payment.  If you paid flat rate shipping on your initial purchase, for an order under $20, unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charge. It will be deducted from your refund or credit.   

We do ask that if your original order contained more than one item that you wish to return, that you let us know so we can process and ship all returns together in one shipment.  This keeps our costs down and allows us to continue offering free shipping and free returns. 

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrectly Shipped Items
